Welcome to Sourcify. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sourcify is an AI-powered learning application that helps users find, discover, and learn about various subjects. The App allows users to track their progress and classify subjects using tags and categories.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account

  • You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your User Content
  • Your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party
  • Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts
  • Use the App to distribute unsolicited promotional or commercial content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sourcify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate and provide content. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and quality of AI-generated content, we do not guarantee its completeness, reliability, or suitability for any purpose. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • You should verify any critical information from independent sources
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content
  • AI-generated content may change or be updated over time

8. Third-Party Links and Content

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Sourcify. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Sourcify be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
